  1. Blaze Partners has purchased a Dallas senior community. Hardy Springs is a 149-unit built for rent community on Charles Hardy Parkway. The 55-and-older community went for $47.7 million. Community amenities include a fitness center, a clubhouse, barbecue areas, parking and enclosed garages. Blaze Partners hopes to revitalize the community and further improve the living conditions.   2. Three officials from Walton County have been recommended to replace a retiring Superior Court Judge. The state Judicial Nominating Committee recommended W. Cliff Howard, R. Michael Malcolm, and G. Kevin Morris. The person selected will become a Superior Court judge in the Alcovy Judicial Circuit. The current Judge, John Ott, will be retiring on Dec. 31 after 30 years.   3. Birmingham-based Landscape Workshop has purchased the landscape operations of R.G.S. Landscape of Dallas. Landscape Workshop offers landscape design and related maintenance services for commercial as well as residential clients. Current employees can join the new company.
