WEBSITE AND BLOG DESIGN TERMS:
Anyone purchasing a design from GBN Web Development is subject to the terms and conditions listed below:
Given the time and attention put into all designs, there are simply no refunds after a project has begun.
If you do not request any ongoing monthly maintenance or a backup after a website is finished (goes live), you are solely responsible for keeping it up to date. The website becomes YOURS after you approve its launch and is no longer my responsibility. You fully accept this by making a purchase.
A website design must be finished within three months of the purchase date; if not, I may declare the project complete and demand additional money. If you don’t reply to emails from me asking you to finish the design, I can’t finish the design, so the project is finished. It is unfair to me as your designer if you delay the design for months. The project will halt in its current state and be finished if you stop replying to emails. I’m only mentioning this because it has happened that some people have vanished and then reappeared months later, and it really bothers me that you expect a project to be picked back up six to twelve months later. Thank you for your patience.
After I finish the project, you are responsible for making any changes you make to your website. Once finished, I won’t offer free fixes for any problems.
It is not Riss Design’s responsibility if the website crashes at any point after being live if you do not purchase a backup from either me or your hosting provider. Your website must be updated and backed up on a regular basis. You run the danger of your website breaking if you don’t properly update or maintain it. Make sure to maintain your website on a weekly or monthly basis, or engage Rissa to do it. If you don’t consistently update plugins or themes, your website is vulnerable to malfunctioning or hacking.
I need content from you, the client, for your website. I don’t write content for you and I won’t use content that is plagiarized from other websites. The content must be written by you and sent to me. Please double-check your writing before emailing it to me because I do not proofread for spelling or grammar mistakes.
I may include up to 10 goods with this bundle if you require an e-commerce website. There will be an extra charge for any additional products.
Once your website is up and running, you can take over, or, for an additional fee, I will assist you with monthly maintenance (per month). For price and further details, please get in touch.
If you require a backup of your website, GBN will save the backup for two years. Unless another backup is purchased, GBN is not responsible for your website or any backups after two years.
